This position works to assist the Pioneer Title Agency offices throughout the state. Typical duties of the position may include: · Taking calls and generating and managing tickets from our Service Desk call center. · Remote and local troubleshooting of computer, computer hardware, software, and network issues. · Building, repairing and maintaining desktop PCs. · Traveling to offices within Arizona as needed to replace equipment. The IT Helpdesk Technician answers directly to the IT Directors and is a key member in supporting our user community.
