Job overview The Help Desk Technician provides technical support for hardware and software issues submitted through the Help Desk. This role serves as the first point of contact for team members seeking IT support and plays a key part in keeping our systems and operations running smoothly. In this position, you will ask thoughtful questions, troubleshoot effectively, and use your technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues whenever possible. When issues fall outside of your wheel-house, you will coordinate with other IT team members to ensure timely and appropriate escalation. Beyond technical support, this role contributes to continuous process improvement, documentation, and team collaboration — helping strengthen both the IT function and the broader Speedway Motors team.
