We prefer candidates with prior IT help desk experience, but we are also open to motivated entry-level applicants who have a solid technical foundation and a passion for troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on work across hardware, software, networking, and system administration — along with direct mentorship from our Director of IT to help you build your skills and advance your career.
