About The Position

Requirements

  • Some experience or coursework in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field.
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with focus and reliability.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using common software programs such as Microsoft Office, accounting or invoicing tools, and basic network applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with IT support tasks, helping with basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Help set up systems, perform simple upgrades, and support routine maintenance.
  • Support invoicing and billing processes, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and flagging discrepancies.
  • Keep accurate records of IT and financial activities.
  • Work with team members across departments to support technology needs and ensure billing is accurate.
  • Look for ways to make IT and billing tasks more efficient.
  • Help introduce new tools or systems that make day-to-day processes easier.
