About The Position

Are you passionate about technology and helping others solve problems? CUAnswers is looking for a Client Support and Operations Specialist to join our team and provide first-tier computer and network technical support to our partners and clients across the credit union industry. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting with computer hardware, networking, and managed services technologies while helping ensure our clients stay connected and operational. At CUAnswers, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team that supports credit unions across the country while growing your skills in networking, infrastructure, and client technology support. CUAnswers is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) that is owned by its credit union clients that we support. We offer a full suite of integrated solutions to these credit unions that allow them to serve their members. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of IT or technical support experience preferred
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing)
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • Ability to travel to client sites when needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-tier technical support for computer and network hardware
  • Assist with managed services technologies including firewalls, servers, and routers
  • Help implement new client installations and conversion projects
  • Support Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop environments
  • Assist with network projects such as domain migrations and firewall installs
  • Perform routine system maintenance and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service
