Our IT team (lovingly called the pIT Crew) plays a critical role in keeping people connected, productive, and supported across our six global offices—and we’re looking for a Richmond-based IT Help Desk Coordinator who takes pride in making things work (and fixing them when they don’t). What you’ll be doing: No two weeks are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including:

Requirements

Enjoys helping people and takes satisfaction in creative problem solving.
Has a high school diploma or GED (required). An associate’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
Has 0–1 year of experience in corporate IT or a service desk environment.
Is familiar with issue-tracking systems and IT support workflows.
Is organized, communicative, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

Holds certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+, preferably.

Responsibilities

Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware, software, and applications, using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team.
Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement.
Setting up new employee workstations, including hardware, operating systems, software, and cabling.
Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate and up to date.
Supporting IT asset inventory, training materials, and vendor coordination.
