About The Position

Sprezzatura is seeking a highly responsive, detail-oriented IT Help Desk Analyst to support daily IT operations in partnership with our IT team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for an early-career IT professional who thrives on follow-through, organization, and getting things across the finish line. The IT Analyst will serve as the internal operational connector between business users, leadership, and our IT team to ensure IT support, provisioning, and access requests are completed accurately and on time. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree will consider work experience in lieu of
  • 2–4 years of IT support or IT operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure Portal
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • SharePoint site configuration and permissions
  • Experience provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts
  • Familiarity with help desk ticket tracking processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a government contracting or compliance-driven environment preferred
  • Exposure to ISO, CMMC, or similar structured IT governance frameworks desired
  • Strong documentation habits strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary internal liaison with MSP for help desk tickets, account provisioning, laptop deployments, and deprovisioning
  • Track open tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up proactively with MSP to drive completion and prevent delays
  • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Perform other IT-related duties and operational support tasks as assigned
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Manage access controls across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related systems
  • Support Azure Portal and Microsoft Intune administration tasks
  • Ensure role-based access is properly configured and documented
  • Configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions
  • Support internal teams with site setup and access requests
  • Maintain organization and structure within SharePoint environments
  • Assist with improvements to usability and document management practices
  • Coordinate laptop deployments and returns
  • Support new hire onboarding IT setup
  • Partner with MSP on device inventory and tracking
  • Provide white-glove support to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Perform desktop support activities, including but not limited to hardware installation, workstation setup, peripheral device configuration, cable management, and troubleshooting of physical IT equipment issues
