IT Governance and Compliance Specialist
About The Position
Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. For a client engagement we have need to fill a position for an IT Governance and Compliance Specialist. Position is onsite in Hampton, Virginia as needed. Primary role is to assist the client with reviews of their current Information Technology Policies and also to provide inputs to Information Technology Procedures. Then also to help develop IT policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Confirms IT policies and procedures are kept and aligned with company goals.
- Reviews IT documentation to ensure it meets company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates IT process deficiencies and recommends new controls to fix issues.
- Analyzes new processes to ensure they are properly implemented.
