What We're Looking For Benchmark is hiring an Information Technology Generalist to provide administrative and entry level IT support to the bank's IT department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with others to solve problems. A positive, can do attitude is required and the ability to communicate effectively with all level of employees. This position will be located in our Processing Building in Kenbridge, VA.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a computer-related field
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills
  • Organized individual with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual that enjoys supporting a team
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Time management skills
