Responsible for prioritizing production-critical issues and escalating to appropriate technical staff. Report and validate incident and reported issues. Provide general application assistance. Install and maintain network cabling. Install and troubleshoot hardware, including PC, Wyse Terminals, Printers, and Scanners. Provide on-site and remote support to all staff. Provide problem solving assistance and resolution, including follow-up ensuring resolution of issue(s). Perform other related duties as required.
