About The Position

Our IT Field Support team provides assistance to all Swire Coca-Cola employees and locations within their assigned area for all computer systems and infrastructure issues. The top candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy providing world-class customer support. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working independently, fielding numerous inquiries relating to hardware, software, network, telephony issues, and can resolve technical issues without assistance.

Requirements

  • 2 yr degree in Information Technology field preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years’ experience in IT field required
  • 1+ years’ experience in network security required
  • Active Directory administration knowledge required
  • Travel to multiple locations

Nice To Haves

  • 4 yr degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • SAP authorization, Multi-factor authentication (MFA), TCP/IP network stack, and PCI (payment card industry) experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance, by either phone or in person on computers, monitors, and peripherals
  • Assist end users with computer or infrastructure related issues such as set-up, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and deployment of new equipment
  • Technical support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, Office 365, Active Directory, Voice over IP (VoIP), and basic network connectivity
  • Additional support for wireless communication devices including, but not limited to, wireless access points, laptops, handhelds, voice pick phones, printers, and warehouse devices
  • Maintains a current and accurate inventory of all IT devices
  • Order and distribute new and recycled equipment to the users
  • Maintains accurate and current documentation on process, procedure, and infrastructure
  • Processes and prioritizes work requests and escalations in a timely and efficient manner
