Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year of customer service experience
  • Minimum 1-year of technical support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize PC and other tools to accomplish goals and activities
  • Displays outstanding customer service skills and professionalism
  • Displays excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented work habits
  • Availability for on-call work rotation

  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
  • Successful completion of initial training
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with occasional bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulder level required.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to client offices to execute hardware and software project installations
  • Assist with the administration of a network/server environment
  • Assist with hardware replacement, software updates, and office expansions
  • Monitor network performance
  • Act as Help Desk resource when not assigned project work
  • Perform testing to provide a diagnosis of issues
  • Perform routine updates and maintenance tasks
  • Build an excellent rapport with the client
  • Problem-solve complex situations using a wide variety of internal and external resources
  • Complete detailed project walkthroughs and provide recommendations to the Sales team to prepare for a given project
  • Communicate directly with clients and project managers to effectively plan and execute project phases
  • Manage time entries and notes in tickets
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of internal standards and best practices for installing new equipment
