About The Position
DP World in the Atlanta, GA area is looking for a skilled, responsive, and customer-focused IT Field Service Technician who's ready to support our teams and keep our technology running smoothly every single day. In this role, you'll be the hands and feet of our IT operation-troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting system installations, resolving connectivity problems, and ensuring our users have the tools they need to perform at their best. You'll work closely with the IT Manager and site leadership to maintain equipment, upgrade systems, respond to service requests, and keep downtime to an absolute minimum.
