Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience (MSP background required).
  • Strong technical skills in:
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Microsoft Azure, Intune (Android/iOS)
  • VMWare / Hyper-V, LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls
  • Windows Server OS (install, troubleshoot, maintain)
  • Mac OS (must-have)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for travel in NY Metro.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Linux knowledge and any AI/automation experience.
  • Industry certifications are a big plus!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NJ/NY Metro area.
  • Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
  • Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients.
  • Install and support multi-vendor hardware: Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN.
  • Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
  • Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency.
