About The Position

A large, enterprise technology organization is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major Field Operations mobility program. This role is part of a growing team focused on enhancing mobile applications, improving field workforce efficiency, and shaping the 2026 mobility roadmap. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, comfortable in a large, consensus-driven environment, and experienced supporting agile software development teams.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in business analysis or related roles
• Strong communication and requirements gathering capabilities
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Effective stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SDLC methodologies
• UI/UX understanding
• Exposure to mobile app development best practices
• Familiarity with technology upgrades or modernization work
• Experience in utilities or regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders and end users to understand needs and gather business and technical requirements
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Contribute to backlog creation and refinement activities
• Act as liaison between business groups and technical teams
• Provide clear updates through presentations, analytics summaries, and regular communication
• Ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, and delivery expectations
• Manage and groom the backlog
• Track progress across sprints and support change control activities
• Partner with PMs, leads, and developers to maintain delivery plans
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Ensure stories are properly prioritized, sprint-ready, thoroughly tested, and deployment-ready
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance mobile application functionality
• Help design new processes and optimizations with technical partners
• Assist in defining priority features based on business goals, strategic value, and resource availability
