About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple departments to analyze operations, identify gaps, and develop efficient, cost-effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• For the duration of the project, the selected resource must have their own laptop computer
• Laptop must be equipped with standard productivity tools, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint (or equivalent collaboration tools)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and conceptualize effective, cost-efficient solutions to business problems
• Design and recommend innovative solutions aligned with management goals and operational objectives
• Facilitate and manage recurring meetings to assess workflows, observe current processes, and recommend enhancements
• Evaluate departmental procedures to identify inefficiencies, risks, or improvement opportunities
• Support the development of business requirements, presentations, reports, and other documentation
• Ensure departmental goals and deliverables are achieved within established timelines
• Assist multiple departments in making data-driven decisions through structured data collection and analysis
• Perform additional duties as assigned
