The Federal Business Director balances the sales engagement, business development, and federal strategy for GST. This individual needs to understand all of the functional aspects of developing a business unit/group. The role is accountable of the Fed team's performance and serves as a leader within the sales organization. He or she must have past experience in developing a business group/unit, extensive knowledge with federal clients/projects, work independently, and be self-motivated.
