About The Position

Cellipont Bioservices is growing, and we are looking for an IT Engineer II who believe in the potential bridging client's discoveries to patient cures and who want to challenge the status quo and take Cellipont and its clients to the next level. The IT Engineer II is responsible for Aiding in designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's business network and server infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting complex network issues, ensuring server reliability, and optimizing system performance. With support, they will collaborate with contractors and act as validation signatory representatives to review and approve validation lifecycle documentation for GMP use, accountable to management and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of job-related experience in network and server administration
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and routing
• Proficient with Windows server & AD administration.
• Proficient with Office 365 [Exchange/Entra/Teams/SharePoint /etc.] Administration
• Proficient with Hyper-V Standard/Enterprise +
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical thinking & customer service skills is a must

Nice To Haves

• CISSP, Network +, CCNA certification preferred
• Previous ERP/MRP/Cloud based systems experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Assist in Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Assist in maintaining Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect network and server infrastructure.
• Perform regular system backups, assist in disaster recovery planning, and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
• Assist in requesting purchases for IT and OT business needs
• Assist with capacity planning, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support for escalated IT issues related to networking and server infrastructure.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to assist in improving IT infrastructure.
• Assist with educating company employees on matters relating to cybersecurity.
• May work in or with department personnel in cleanrooms
• Other duties as assigned
