About The Position

The IT Endpoint Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the team that manages and supports all endpoint devices within the organization. This includes desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware and software. The IT Endpoint Engineering Supervisor ensures that all endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and functioning optimally to support the organization’s operations.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
  • Thorough knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Possess strong leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrates excellent and professional verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Endpoint Management
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices and software
  • Ensure all endpoint devices comply with the organization’s security policies and standards
  • Manage and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Lead endpoint-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure endpoint hardware and software, and manage vendor relationships
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of endpoint assignments, configurations, procedures, and policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance endpoint management
  • Maintain information useful for year-end and sustainability reporting and provide metrics detailing progress against defined KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
  • Supervise and mentor Service Desk Analyst and Hardware Specialist by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
