About The Position

BMB Solutions, Central Long Island’s premier IT solutions provider, is expanding our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and technically proficient IT Dispatch Supervisor to join our growing IT support team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in IT with room for growth. As an IT Dispatch Supervisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, coordinate IT support dispatch, monitor workorders, and provide reporting to management. You will also assist with administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Qualify technical issues and open workorders as needed.
• Triage, monitor, and escalate workorders to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide status updates and reports to management.
• Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and generate related reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing support, and marketing event preparation.
• Support office operations and IT team workflow to maintain efficiency.
