Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring high availability and reliability of all systems Manage the department budget, including forecasting and cost control Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security, implementing necessary updates or protections Update, maintain, and enhance software and hardware systems across the casino Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, best practices, internal controls, and compliance procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal gaming laws Perform routine system audits and ensure data archiving and logging practices meet NGCB regulations Create and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules for servers, networking equipment, and end-user devices Collaborate closely with department heads to support business growth, system expansions, and evolving technical needs Provide technical assistance to Surveillance, including support for camera systems and video management software Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and service-level agreements for all critical systems Lead and develop IT staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
