About The Position

The DevOps Engineering Senior Manager participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives within cloud development to ensure high-quality performance and user experience. They lead team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters to shorten the system's delivery lifecycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree, at least 11 years of experience in IT
8+ years of experience in IT
4+ years of experience managing direct reports

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience with React and microservices
Knowledgeable in liquid batch manufacturing
Experience with agile methodologies

Translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution.
