Job Title: IT Desktop Support Technician Locations: El Dorado, AR Pay: $22 - $29.52 /hour Zip Code: 71731 Keywords: #ITDesktopSupportTechnicianjobs; #ElDoradojobs; Job Responsibilities Laptop/PC imaging, configuration, and setup Delivering new devices, data transfer, and connecting to M365 cloud services Software installs & configurations Working Incident/Request tickets in ServiceNow Printer troubleshooting Windows 11 & M365 suite support Basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting Managing hardware asset inventory Providing excellent customer support Fast-paced-must be organized and adaptable Experience in a plant/manufacturing setting is a plus Required Skills Strong experience with Laptop/PC imaging & setup (primary focus) Reliable transportation to rotate between 3 Lanxess sites: o El Dorado Central Plant: 2226 Haynesville Highway, El Dorado, AR 71730 o El Dorado South Plant: 324 Southfield Cutoff HWY 167, El Dorado, AR 71730 o El Dorado West Plant: 5821 Shuler Road, El Dorado, AR 71730 Work Schedule Any 8-hour shift between 7 AM - 5 PM (30-min lunch) Standard shift listed: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Belcan is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
