Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED—Associate's degree? Even better!
  • One year of IT support experience—two years make you the ultimate contender!

Responsibilities

  • Seek out those manual processes lurking in the desktop environment—and automate them!
  • Guide users with dazzlingly simple instructions that even non-techies can follow!
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software like the IT wizard you are!
  • Follow up with clients to make sure their systems are running smoother than a dairy-free latte!
  • Create and organize Active Directory objects and user accounts with flair!
  • Master disk imaging using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) like a tech ninja!
  • Resolve issues with remote troubleshooting—because distances are no match for your skills!
