Desktop Analyst provides onsite and remote technical support for end-users in and from our corporate offices. Analyst duties include installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals. We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
