About The Position

The purpose of this document is to determine the job of HelpDesk GENERAL Deskside Services Tech Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Strong Customer support skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve End Users Issue & request with a positive & helpful attitude
  • Install & configure Fii approved Software
  • Identify, resolve or escalate software & hardware issues to the proper Team(s)
  • Image & Deploy Laptops & Desktops
  • Instruct New Hires how to back up their Data to OneDrive & how to contact the Help Desk with issues & requests
  • Manage & support mobile phones on Verizon MDM
  • Work in Active Directory to Create & Manage user login accounts
  • Maintain Team Inventory, Software & procedural Databases, Create & Modify SOPs, How to & Procedural Documentation Update Software library.
  • Support & Maintain Conference room Conferencing equipment
  • Research & answer other Fii Departments Technical questions
  • Perform Inventories & Audits
  • Aid OT production IT support team when needed
  • Provide Support to Corp. Events
  • Act as go between for Google-Partner accounts
  • Help Maintain Printers by changing Tonners & Ink, Call in for repair
