Purpose: The Research Associate will support ongoing research initiatives focused on developing and evaluating foundation models for autonomous driving. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and test algorithms and models to improve autonomous driving capabilities, with a focus on foundation model architectures. Collect, preprocess, and analyze datasets to train and validate models for perception, prediction, and planning tasks. Collaborate with faculty, graduate students, and research staff to document findings, prepare publications, and present results at project meetings and conferences. Perform other duties as assigned.
