About The Position

On behalf of the IT Infrastructure Department, the Global IT Delivery takes care
of the delivery of equipment and engineering work at location in a timely and
cost-efficient manner.

To achieve this objective Global IT Delivery defines and deploys an end-to-end
process, starting with the annual planning of activities until the completion of
the installation at location.

To support this process, Global IT Delivery pre-selects vendors to do
pre-defined installation activities with pre-selected equipment based on the
global architecture standards defined by the Engineering departments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and storage systems.
• Proven experience with Project Management
• Experience overseeing data center hardware deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure procurement processes including RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience including SLA monitoring, escalation handling, and managed services oversight.
