Primary Purpose : Responsible for creating, supporting, and maintaining IT data solutions that utilize rapid development tools. Participates in performing data analysis, data visualization, reporting, and information capture to support data utilization and data-driven decision making. Relies on instruction and guidance from senior team members, leads, and supervisors.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop functional requirements specifications.
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions that capture or communicate information.
  • Analyze and map relevant business processes and IT infrastructure.
  • Research rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational standards.
  • Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of solutions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and anomalies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation on reports, processes, and solutions.
  • Participate in the validation of reports created by other developers.
  • Participate in the enterprise report development group.
  • Utilize training on data collection, utilization, and visualization best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide backup support for other projects.
  • Assist in efforts to evaluate, select, and implement processes, data solutions tools, and components.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information according to ARUP policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Associates Degree or better in Computer Information Systems or related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree or better in Computer Information Systems or related field.
