At Tyson Foods we’re driving world class data management, governance, and quality practices to revolutionize a world class company. How can I be part of Enterprise Data Management @ Tyson? Reporting directly to the Staff IT Product Manager, you will collaborate with Data Governance team members and others to drive Tyson’s global data management at scale, executing the implementation and ongoing administration of the Enterprise Data Management program. You will partner with data stewards from all domains to ensure that ingested and modeled data is properly cataloged and adheres to security and data classification standards. Creating documentation and other knowledge management deliverables, you will champion IT and business understanding of analytics governance standards and processes. You will assist in the ongoing maintenance of the Collibra platform as well as the development of new workflows and other capabilities by eliciting, writing, and managing detailed business requirements and process mapping and by writing, managing, and executing test cases. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related field.
• Experience: Data or Analytics experience preferred.
• Skills: Communication: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers, peers, and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving: Developing basic skills in identifying issues in IT systems or processes through data analysis and proposing straightforward solutions.
• Curiosity: Demonstrating a strong desire to explore new IT data sources, methodologies, and technologies.
• Self-motivation: Taking initiative on IT data projects and working independently when required.
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple IT datasets, tasks, and project components efficiently.
• Active Listening: Carefully understanding requirements from IT teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
