IT Data Analytics Engineer I, II, III or Senior
About The Position
This Data Analytics Engineer role is a newly established position designed to elevate and enable Tri-State's strategic data and analytic goals with a constant eye toward long-term sustainable practices. The individual will utilize their knowledge of advanced analytics and data best practices to help drive the initial implementation of the company's data landscape, including supporting the creation of the organization’s data warehouse, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, supporting integration efforts, supporting initial organizational reporting, and addressing long-term analytic needs. This role requires a forward-thinking data expert with experience in data warehousing, analytical engineering best practices, and basic modern statistics to help build the innovative, data-driven solutions that will empower the organization’s current and future data needs. Note: There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: IT Data Analytics Engineer I, job grade 7; IT Data Analytics Engineer II, job grade 8, IT Data Analytics Engineer III, job grade 9; or Senior Data Analytics Engineer, job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
