WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer in our Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Chicago locations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, computer information systems, MIS, or engineering is preferred. A combination of an associate degree, military or professional cybersecurity experience and cybersecurity certification (CISSP, GAIC, MCSE, CEH, GICSP, CSSA, CISM) will be considered.
  • 5+ years in cyber security and Identity and Access Management architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with IAM implementation with one of the following products: SailPoint One Identity, BeyondTrust,
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AD, LDAP, JDBC, and Web Service connectors (REST and SOAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate user life-cycle management, Identity and Access Governance, automated provisioning, single sign-on, federation, Privileged Account and Identity Management (PAM/PIM).
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems, UNIX/Linux and environments, IIS, SSO, Database and Application Servers and Authentication Products.
  • Hands on experience in trouble shooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, monitoring, integrations with AD/LDAP, SIEM Solutions and other integrations.
  • Responsible for privileged user account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts, Database and Network devices, Service accounts, DevOps and scanning and scripting.
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions.
  • Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners, Managing Safes, recording backups
  • Experience in installing or upgrading PAM solutions and connectors
  • Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Entra ID services, including Conditional Access, SSO, and MFA
  • Develop and enhance Identity and Access Management processes and procedures, including development of a corporate IAM program
