Position Purpose: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendor contracts. Serve as a Contracts subject matter expert on IT projects and IT product and service evaluations. Advocate for customers/clients within the IT contract management process. Provide contract-related advice to IT project teams and ensure that project plans allow sufficient time for purchasing and contract negotiation and execution. Provide leadership in the Contracts area by ensuring work is completed in a timely manner. Act as an escalation point for clients in the contracts process. This position will be responsible for managing key contract activities to include: Supporting renewal functions for critical IT vendor contracts Tracking key contract playbook activities and milestones Leading meetings with key stakeholders to include executive management Collaborating closely with the Chief Negotiator, IS Negotiation team , key vendors, Asset Services, IS Finance and other partnering teams
