About The Position

Broadcom is seeking a highly skilled technical individual and customer-oriented Executive Support Engineer to manage and support the Broadcom Leadership team and oversee executive events. The candidate will own the executive support services and experience. This critical role will oversee a comprehensive suite of offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelors and 2+ years of related experience or Masters degree and no experience

Responsibilities

  • Executive Event Management: Lead, prepare, and manage high-profile Broadcom Executive Events, including CEO Coffee Talks, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Leadership Webinars.
  • Dedicated Executive Contact and Support: Serve as the primary contact for the Broadcom Leadership Team and Executive Assistants, and provide 24/7 availability for critical issues.
  • Delegation & Access Management: Configure, and troubleshoot complex executive/assistant delegate permissions for Collaboration Tools such as Email, Calendar, and Video/Web Conferencing to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Handle and resolve Executive IT requirements, delivering immediate workarounds and long-term solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Mobile Support: Ensure secure and seamless connectivity and device readiness for international executive travel.
  • Strategic Liaison: Partner with IT Onsite Engineers, Tower Leads and Service Owners to oversee, support, and deploy IT tools and services for Executives.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage highly sensitive, non-public information with absolute discretion and strict confidentiality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and support processes.
