About The Position

The IT Co-op will be a key part of our Enterprise Application (EA) team. We have an aggressive goal for delivering business outcomes through the implementation of technology. Our mission is to provide technology-based solutions to drive improved processes and provide information that results in insights. The co-op will work very closely with IT as well as functional members to enable business outcomes via our Agile delivery methods.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science with an interest leveraging application and data capabilities to provide positive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT infrastructure, technology partners, service providers and functional leaders
  • Basic project leadership skills to both organize, coordinate and communicate actions and results
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days per week in the office

Nice To Haves

  • Base knowledge of data management principles
  • Base knowledge of high regulated industries such as Healthcare
  • Base knowledge of Agile delivery methods

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis to define best practice for both implementation & administration of technologies
  • Serve as project leader on key initiatives
  • Work closely with application and service vendors
  • Create documentation and deliver employee training on new technology
  • Conduct testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and intended use objectives
  • Work through resolution of post implementation issues
  • Define and implement streamlined processes where technology is changing how people work
  • Play an active role in the AtriCure change management and compliance processes
  • Define and document enhancements to QA & Program Delivery models
  • Regular and predictable work performance

  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
  • Ability to successfully work with others
  • Ability to communicate & interact with all levels of the organization
