We are seeking an Assistant Product Operations Manager to support a growing portfolio of cloud-based products spanning GCP, Azure, and emerging platforms. This role partners closely with Product Management to drive operational excellence, improve execution visibility, and enable scalable product practices across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in cloud or platform environments. Key Responsibilities Product Operations & Planning Drive product operating cadences including PI planning, roadmap reviews, and quarterly business reviews Maintain and operationalize product roadmaps, delivery plans, and planning artifacts across teams Metrics & Insights Manage product KPIs and dashboards to track adoption, delivery health, and outcomes Provide data-driven insights to support product and portfolio-level decision-making Portfolio Coordination Support alignment across products and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, and others) Track cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery progress Stakeholder Communication Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and reporting Facilitate cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and business teams Process & Tooling Standardize and improve product management processes, tools, and best practices Identify opportunities to scale and streamline workflows across the portfolio Role Scope This role focuses on enabling product managers through strong operational execution, insights, and coordination. It does not own product strategy, prioritization, or roadmap decisions, but partners closely with Product Management to ensure effective execution and alignment.
