Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible. The ITCS Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user IT services at the site. This role focuses on the management and support of laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, and related client services. The ITCS Lead ensures seamless technology experiences for users, drives continuous improvement, and provides technical expertise to resolve complex issues. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be located in Bothell, WA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve high-priority or unresolved incidents Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams within IT (e.g., End User Computing, Network, Cloud & InfoSec teams to ensure seamless integration, proactive issue preventing and alignment with I&O objectives. Coordinate with vendors and facilities for installation, upgrades, and repairs. Identify opportunities to enhance end-user support processes and service delivery Work closely with the IT Site Lead and cross functional teams to align client services with business needs.
