The IT Change Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating a SOX-compliant change management framework for all technology systems that support financial reporting and business-critical operations. This role is critical to the company’s IPO readiness and ongoing public company compliance.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT Change, Release Management, or IT Controls.
  • Experience supporting SOX 404 audits.
  • Strong understanding of ITGCs, SDLC controls, and ITIL principles.
  • Designed Change Management Flows on ITSM tools

Nice To Haves

  • IPO readiness experience
  • Big 4 or IT audit background
  • ITIL certification
  • GRC tooling experience
  • Experience with JIRA ITSM will be a HUGE plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end IT change management process for SOX-scope systems
  • Design and maintain SOX-compliant change controls
  • Run and facilitate a Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed, including agenda setting, approvals, and documentation
  • Manage release calendars and coordinate production deployments
  • Partner with Engineering, DevOps, Finance, and Security teams
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
  • Lead remediation of audit findings
  • Facilitate Engineering Changes
  • Train teams on public company change expectations
  • Roll out change management processes for organization
