About The Position

14407 – IT Change Manager (onsite) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
  • Experience in organizational change management for technology initiatives (3-5 years)
  • Demonstrated application of the ADKAR model and ability to design targeted interventions for awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience influencing leaders and gaining alignment across business units.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining adoption KPIs and using insights to adjust strategy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT4U product team and key stakeholders to understand upcoming releases, organizational readiness, change impacts, and required end ‑ user or IT-user behavior changes.
  • Streamline and manage the OCM intake and workflow process to ensure changes are assessed, prioritized, and documented efficiently and consistently.
  • Drive stakeholder adoption of the OCM intake process by socializing its purpose, aligning expectations, and ensuring consistent use across all business groups.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, personas, and support needs.
  • Design and execute an enterprise ‑ ready communication strategy aligned to ADKAR principles (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
  • Develop targeted communication deliverables, including release announcements, FAQs, job aids, training guides, and readiness materials.
  • Work independently to plan, manage, and deliver all change management activities with minimal reliance on the project team.
