About The Position

With Sales business partners, understand their requests, translating complex business issues into requirements and technical solution designs, and drive development, testing, and implementation ensuring the Salesforce solution meets and exceeds expectations. Lead project prioritization meetings with business partners and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes. Analyze and streamline business processes, identifying areas for improvement and leveraging Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and act as an advocate for end-users by providing training and support to help them fully utilize Salesforce's features and follow best practices. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Work through issues and challenges to complete tasks on time and on budget. Work with business users to develop acceptance test scenarios, identify test data, and execute the scenarios. Collaborate effectively with both business and IT partners to meet commitments. Lead scrums to ensure the efficient fulfillment of business needs through adherence to established Scrum ceremonies. Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions, ensuring seamless integration and the delivery of high-quality solutions. Use business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of Salesforce applications to track adoption and customer experience to drive operational excellence, leveraging AI to optimize processes and enhance decision-making. Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions to improve user engagement and overall performance. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the US.

Requirements

  • Masters degree + 2 years experience or Bachelors degree + 5 years experience.
