Position Summary: Primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the core banking systems, and secondary banking applications, and their related interfaces. Establishes and maintains relationships with business units and vendors in order to fulfill requests, support projects, and resolve issues. Leads moderately complex to complex initiatives to understand and analyze business processes, identify business needs, gather requirements, and research solutions to find the most appropriate and cost-effective application solutions that meet business needs and integrate with existing systems. Able to analyze, research, and test to resolve moderately complex to complex application issues. Manages moderately complex to complex core projects and supports projects that involve the core system. Assists the Section Manager with the planning, planning for the core banking systems, and secondary banking applications, and their related interfaces. Uses query tools for simple ad-hoc reporting/query needs and data validation. Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing. Documents processes and procedures to create repeatable processes and knowledge sharing within the team and looks for ways to improve processes and efficiency. Mentor other team members, including but not limited to Business Systems Analyst I and II.

Requirements

  • At least 5 of experience in administrating, supporting, and maintaining enterprise platforms.
  • At least 3 years of enterprise IT project management experience.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and services.
  • Advanced skills in managing and maintaining enterprise-level operating systems and hardware.
  • Advanced understanding of Server, Desktop, and Application virtualization concepts and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and best practices for leveraging and integrating cloud technologies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
  • Expert knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices for managing software releases.
  • Advanced oral and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Able to perform advanced tasks such as automating processes with macros, creating detailed reports, and designing high-impact presentations.
  • Ability to apply complex logic or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and deal with multiple variables.
  • Ability to compute complex mathematical functions such as discount, interest, profit and loss, commission markup and selling price, ratio and proportion, and percentage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
