About The Position

Labcorp is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis, from Durham, North Carolina! Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours / week Job Responsibilities: Own and cultivate strategic relationships between the BRM (Building Relationship Management) function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value. Develop deep domain knowledge of partner organizational functions and establish cross-functional relationships. Educate partners on the BRM purpose, emphasizing powerful communication and effective collaboration. Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value. Focus on value creation over solutions, identifying new opportunities through industry trends. Monitor initiative progress, ensuring alignment with expectations and strategic objectives. Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results through business case development and financial awareness. Strategize with partners to create future roadmaps that converge organizational strategic direction into unified objectives. Collaborate actively in maturing the BRM discipline and developing best practices. Evolve BRM artifacts, including Strategic Relationship Plans, Value Plans, and other key documents. Minimum Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Operations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or Business Management. 3 or more years experience working within project management Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification Additional Job Standards: Experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external. Ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives. Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, including enterprise applications, networks, data centers, and security is preferred but not required. Leadership skills in driving change collaboratively with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions. Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Operations.
