The Global IT (GIT) PREP (Professional Rotation Experience Program) is a full-time rotational program that is focused on building the pipeline of next-generation leaders. We recruit top graduates directly from universities into a two-year program made up of four rotations, giving our graduates broad experience in a variety of organizational areas. The rotational PREP position will include multiple roles within Global IT and OLAA, integral for the success of the business from an operational, technical, and industry standpoint. The PREP position can include (but is not limited to) the following types of roles for which the candidate will participate: Project Management Role: This role will provide an opportunity to contribute towards key strategic initiatives and transparency of activity plans for Global IT. DevOps Engineer Role: This role will provide an opportunity to contribute towards supporting various Global IT initiatives by developing and engineering reusable infrastructure components. By creating higher-level services, groups will be able to provision IT services faster for solving end-user problems. Process Analyst Role: This role will provide an opportunity to drive the implementation of data governance processes and associated metrics for Global IT. Data & Reporting Analyst Role: This role will provide ample opportunity for innovation and optimization while contributing to key strategic initiatives and milestones. This role will serve as an analyst, providing collaboration services to HPE employees globally. IT Test Analyst Role: This role will provide an opportunity to contribute towards key strategic initiatives within Global IT, providing collaboration services to all HPE employees globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with completion by May 2026
  • Great Leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience working in business, participating in IT projects
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
