Job Summary and Responsibilities The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) works as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the Information Technology (IT) department. BSAs are responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and working with IT partners to evaluate, estimate, plan, and implement solutions that meet the business needs, goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of experience as communications specialist or analyst.
  • Must have experience in marketing and storytelling.
  • Must be highly skilled and experienced working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Word.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with teams to implement communication requests, determine the best ways to execute communication plans with an "email last" and problem-solving focus.
  • Manages website and content to ensure active sharing of critical information for the organization, enabling teams to move forward with agility.
  • Facilitates content reviews with a keen eye for / with all impacted stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Transforms business needs into clearly defined communication points as succinctly as possible, ensuring a thorough understanding of information as possible.
  • Ensures communications are timely for stakeholder, taking all communication channel efforts into consideration.
  • Creates and maintains an active project list, ensuring that critical activities are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Helps to identify opportunities and solutions for improving processes and communications for the betterment of the team and organization.
  • Multitasks to ensure all requests are supported, makes decisions on how to prioritize given needs of stakeholders, completing all project requests in a timely manner.
  • Leads special committees to continuously improve processes, tools and organization in general.
  • Models and analyzes current state and future state processes; fosters understanding of how project impacts current state.
  • Becomes a subject matter expert (SME) for functional areas they support for all communications.
