About The Position

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT professional to provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems, desktop environments, and end-users. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with business analysis, documentation, and system improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or business analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL, scripting, VMware, VOIP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and update Active Directory accounts and user permissions.
• Design and manage form templates for internal use.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledgebase articles.
• Support system integrations and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
