Wrench Group is seeking a Business Analyst to lead and support change initiatives within the Wrench Group IT organization, with a strong emphasis on business requirements gathering, analysis, and alignment. This role is critical in ensuring that technology-driven changes meet business needs, are adopted effectively, and deliver measurable value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Requirement Elicitation
  • 3+ years of experience in change management within IT environments.
  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, project management methodologies, and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements for IT initiatives.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to integrate change management into project plans.
  • Build strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement communication, training, and engagement plans to support change adoption.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption rates, and resistance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to change resistance and misalignment.
  • Analyze post-implementation feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
