About The Position

The IT Business Analyst will work closely with the current WMS (Warehouse Management System) utilized by the company (LFS). They will focus on modernizing digital logistics processes while also supporting users of the application. · Analyzing, modeling, redesigning, and implementing IT solutions in close cooperation with other cross-functional departments for: o Internal and external logistics processes (i.e. production supply, warehouse strategies, loading processes) o Digital picking methods (i.e. MDE, pick by voice) o Shipping solutions (i.e. connection to shipping service providers) o Dock and yard management · Ensuring the performance and availability of high-quality and sustainable IT solutions in the warehouse and logistics departments · Active participation in the implementation of local and international projects · Support in defining requirements, technical implementation, and the transfer of change initiatives · Creating necessary process documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Systems, or comparable work experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of WMS preferred
• Basic understanding of IT software architecture and business processes
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
• Enthusiasm for new, innovative technologies in combination with social skills, ability to work in a team and independent working style
