IT Business Analyst - Student Success
About The Position
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, management of information systems or a related field. Three years business analysis experience, which includes experience in requirements gathering, analysis and prioritization of business and functional project requirements, process analysis, business processes reengineering and/or preliminary cost/benefit analysis. Experience with Slate or other student-oriented CRM solutions (Salesforce, EAB Navigate, etc.). Integrity and judgement necessary to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Extensive experience with databases and related data storage systems. Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills. Good judgment, diplomacy, and objectivity to effectively and appropriately make decisions. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Technolution’s Slate platform. Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Cognos or Power BI. Knowledge of business processes in higher education and student success organizations. Familiarity with higher education technology environments. Current or previous business analyst certification.
