About The Position

The IT Business Analyst for G&A is responsible for the health, integration, and optimization of corporate software systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for HR, Finance, and Legal departments, ensuring their tools are secure, integrated, and scaling with the company. This role balances day-to-day system administration with long-term digital transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience supporting enterprise applications in a G&A environment (Finance, HR, Legal, P2P).
  • Strong Excel/SQL/data query and data validation capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of SOX ITGC, SOD, and audit-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Handson experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred), HRIS platforms, P2P tools (Coupa), and CLM systems is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving biotech environment with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Finance, HR, Legal and IT to understand and analyze business needs
  • Support and maintain core G&A applications such as NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Agiloft, and other corporate systems.
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to document business processes and translate them into functional system requirements.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards across ERP, CLM and HR systems.
  • Support monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and audit requests from Finance/HR/IT.
  • Support SOX ITGC processes including access reviews, segregation of duties, and audit documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams and technical implementation partners.
  • Support implementation of new systems, features, and releasesincluding testing, UAT coordination, rollout planning, and documentation.
  • Develop support materials, training content, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate commitment and support for company goals, objectives and procedures
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to moral, ethical and quality principles
  • Participate in corporate and departmental meetings
  • Comply with applicable regulations, GXP and corporate policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
