Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 3+ years of module / process development and management.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent documentation, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to maintain Oracle EBS processes and functionality.
• Work with other departments to build and improve current business processes within Oracle EBS.
• Follow Uline’s development and deployment standards.
• Work with our Oracle EBS vendor to ensure and deploy best practices.
• Lead training and change management.
